Waiver and Release of Liability
I am voluntarily, and for my own interests and benefit, electing to participate in events and activities involved in and related to South-City Classic Flag Football, Cornhole, or basketball Tournaments, happening in 2024 and organized by Fulton Recreational Sports, LLC, with knowledge of the danger involved, and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of personal injury, death, or negative financial impacts and assume full responsibility for my participation at all events.

I agree on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and heirs, to HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Fulton Recreational Sports, LLC, Isaac Fulton, any of his family, officers, employees, volunteers, agents or contractors, whether or not a claim arises through the negligence, omission, default or other action of anyone affiliated with Fulton Recreational Sports, LLC, including employees, volunteers and fellow Tournament participants. I further agree that if any such claim is made, I will indemnify and defend Fulton Recreational Sports, LLC, its founder, agents, family, and employees, with respect to any such claim.
This Waiver and Release of Liability is governed by the laws of Missouri. I understand that this waiver and Release of Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Missouri and agree that if any portion is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.

I affirm that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and am freely signing this agreement. I have read this form and fully understand that by electronically signing this below, that I am giving up the legal rights and/or remedies which may be available to me against the Released Parties.
