For Team Captains:
Purchase up to 10 tickets and fill out the neccasary forms for each of your players.
You MUST get your players to fill out the waiver located on our website before they may play.
For Players Already On a Team
If you have a specific team you are planning to play for, please answer with your Team Captain's name in the Registration form.
