About the event
For Team Captains:
Team spots are only reserved once a team reaches 8 players registered, unless otherwise allowed by tournament administration.
Purchase up to 12 tickets and fill out the necessary forms for each of your players.
Fill out the Team Captain Form on our Registration Page.
You MUST get your players to fill out the waiver located on our website before they may play.
For Players Already On a Team purchasing a ticket themselves.
